We currently offer free standard shipping option (usually arrive in 5-10 business days) on all US order on our web site. A $300 minimum order is required for orders shipped to a US address. To get the Free Shipping just choose it as your preferred shipping option. If the option is not available please make sure your total is larger than $299.00.

Domestic Shipping

Products are shipped via UPS on the same business day for orders placed before 4 p.m. EST. For items warehoused in Italy, email notification will be sent that your item will be shipped in the next 24 hours. Orders with items from several manufacturers might arrive in separate packages at different times according to the location of the product. UPS Ground averages 1 business day in the Southeast, 3 days to the Midwest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast.

International Shipping

We offer USPS Global Express Air or UPS International to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week. However, during busy periods, it may take up to 3 weeks.

Back-orders and Special Orders

If your item is not in stock in our US warehouse, we will ship it from Italy at the domestic shipping rate. The expected ship date for an item coming from Italy is 5-10 business days.

Return Policy

We do our best to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase, provided all items are unused and in the original wrapping. The cost of the item will be refunded to your credit card less the shipping charges and 8% restocking fee. This gorgeous top grain leather tote carries your belongings beautifully.
The roomy interior features heavyweight twill lining and two small drop pockets, zip pocket and clip for keys.
Secures shut with magnetic tab closure and drawstring.
Exterior has two large buckle pockets that secure shut with hidden mag snaps.
Other features include reinforced handles with 8" drop, heavyweight brass hardware, Clava logo medallion and feet to protect bottom of bag.
